This is LaCava Inn! Be transported to a Mediterranean hideaway in this one-of-a-kind bed and breakfast suite with stunning pastoral views, a hot tub and conveniently located on the Placer wine trail. The suite accommodates 2 adults and was designed specifically to be your peaceful and romantic retreat. LaCava Inn is stocked with a fully functioning kitchen, dining nook, bed cove, spacious bathroom, private balcony, and sunk in hot tub overlooking breathtaking views. A destination in itself!

Private 1 bedroom Guest Unit. Sleeps 3 People.

This is a brand new NextGen house in Plumas Lake. This unit is the in laws unit with it's own entrance, laundry, kitchenette, full bathroom, living room and bedroom. All furniture and appliances are brand new for our guest to enjoy. 2 people sleep in the queen size bed in the bedroom. 1 person can sleep on the convertible futon in the living area. When the futon is opened and converted into a bed, the measurement is 42 x 70 inches. Guests will be provided with the new personal door keypad code.

Starting from two cargo containers, this home was built to be a seamless space to enjoy the outdoors without sacrificing any luxuries while you play. Designed to be an off-grid, sustainable home, this house features a movable glass wall, which opens the living room into the outdoors facing the setting sun. Beautiful native landscaping surrounds a basketball court and covered dining area. Indoors, natural light and a playful spark runs throughout with a second story hammock to enjoy it all!

Only 2.5 miles from Downtown Plumas Street (shopping, dinning, pubs/sports bars). About 13 miles from the Toyota Amphitheatre and Hard Rock Casino. About 30 minutes from Colusa Casino, Gold Country Casino, and Feather Falls Casino. Down a short gravel road on the outskirts of Yuba City you will find our cozy 4 bedroom, 2 bath 1350 SQFT house tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac. Recently remodeled, our home features all the amenities your family will need for your stay. Tesla charging station for those looking to have the convenience of charging your vehicle at no additional cost. Patio access, but back yard is being reseeded so we ask you stay off grass.

Yuba City Attached, Private Suite w/Pool, Laundry

This little suite has everything you will need! There is a kitchenette to include mini fridge, microwave, two burner stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, and toaster. The room has a queen bed, television w/Roku, closet, table, and chairs. There is a full bathroom with shower. The pool is not heated. It is serviced every Monday and open year-round for use. The suite is the back unit (unit #2). The garage parking is for unit #1 guests, however, you may use the washer and dryer.
