Miller's Rest

Miller’s Rest is a self-contained one bedroom cottage with private parking and 2miles from Orton, 5 miles from Shap. The cottage is peaceful with plenty of space and all modern amenities. The bespoke kitchen is well equipped, living room has a log burner effect electric fire for those colder nights. The bedroom has an ensuite shower room and large wardrobe. There is a small stream running alongside the garden lovely for sitting outside enjoying a glass of wine, relaxing and watching the birds.

A cosy industrial-inspired cottage on the edge of the Lake District National Park, nestled in the picturesque Eden Valley. Designed for comfort and convenience, our space features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Starlink WiFi, an EV charge point, and luxurious Simba memory foam beds. Unwind in the roll-top copper bathtub, elegantly set upon a mezzanine platform. We are located in a peaceful village, so ask guests to be mindful of noise. We are not suitable for loud parties or celebrations.

A beautifully renovated farmhouse, dating from 1694. A country setting just over a mile from Orton Village in the Westmorland Dales bordering the Lake District National Parks. Approx 5 minutes from j38 and j39 of M6, within easy reach of Orton village's amenties, including pub, cafe, village shop/postoffice and chocolate factory. Ideal as a holiday base for exploring the local area or as short stopover en-route to and from the north. Dogs welcome enclosed garden and walks from the doorstep.

The Snug, Kendal - South Lakes

The Snug with a stylish interior, is a self-contained one bedroom, ensuite annex, attached to the family home. Located a 25 minute’s walk from Oxenholme Train Station and a 20 minute walk to Kendal town centre . The Snug is 15 minutes walk from the Brewery Arts Centre and right opposite Kendal Leisure Centre where lots of events are held. A short distance away from a variety of pubs, cafes and takeaways. This makes The Snug a perfect base to explore Kendal and the Lake District National Park.

Nestled at the foot of the Howgill Fells on our small family farm, Ellergill pod is the ideal base to explore both the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. With its double bed and double sofa bed, it's perfect for a romantic getaway for 2 or for a family with up to 2 children. There is a fully equipped kitchenette,  ensuite bathroom, outdoor dining, firepit, bbq, swinging seat and covered outdoor bath ( big enough for 2!)

Amber Cottage,Oughtershaw on Dales Way,nr Hawes

Oughtershaw is a tiny, peaceful, rural hamlet of only 8 houses surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Nestling close to Oughtershaw Beck and oozing period charm is Amber Cottage, a traditional Dales house dating from 1732. The cottage is directly on the ‘Dales Way’, so ideal for walkers and is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day exploring everything the Dales have to offer.

We only allow a maximum of two adults and two children under the age of 18 The hot tub can be used between the hours of 8am and 10pm This beautifully cottage sits in the Lake District National parks eastern border in the Lunesdale valley. Situated in the grounds of Roundthwaite farm the property has fantastic views down the valley towards Sedbergh and North to Penrith and the Lakes.

Lake House W/ amazing countryside views & Hot-Tub

The recently renovated Lodge on the lake is situated within a picturesque and private country estate in the village of Casterton. Set within the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Under 2 miles from the upmarket town of Kirkby Lonsdale and a 25-30 minute drive from Lake Windermere. Ask Patrick about the numerous activities which can be arranged both on and off site.
