This spacious fully modernised Property is located at the edge of Stromness, there is parking for several cars, also a large grass garden . Downstairs consists of a modern kitchen equipped with: washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge freezer, etc. A large lounge and adjacent dining room, bathroom with bath/shower, there is also a downstairs double bedroom. Upstairs has three bedrooms: 1 Large double with sofa and TV, 1 double bedroom and a twin bedroom also a toilet/shower room.

Work has been done with minimum conflict to its original purpose and with the retention of many of the original features. The spectacular gothic arched windows mean that the space is bathed in light of a particular quality giving an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity. Furnishings have been selected to compliment this unique style and environment.

A unique home by the sea. A peaceful and private country road leads to this secluded cottage. The hot tub has views down scapa flow. The famous St Magus Way is accessible from this property . There is direct access to the sea for paddle boarding, wind surfing or sailing in the bay. Return to the cottage to an open fire. The extensive grounds also allow for simple walks or yoga. The cottage retains some of it's 19th century charm but has been renovated to be a practical and comfortable home.
