First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

Come relax in this 2 bed/2 bath cottage and enjoy the privacy of an 800 sq foot single family home. Master has queen bed and it's own private bath. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. A queen size aerobed mattress is provided for extra sleeping room. Has a 50" flat screen TV equipped with Netflix/DVD player. Kitchen has granite counters and is fully stocked to make any great meal. Dining table seats 4 and kitchen seats another 3. Backyard with fire-pit. Pets welcome. Yard is only partially fenced.

The open design features a spacious living room, ROKU TV, a desk and full-scale kitchen. Drift off into a deep sleep in the separate bedroom in the luxurious and cozy queen size bed. The large, illuminated bathroom offers a tub with pulsating jets as well as a separate shower, floating vanity and laundry closet. Downtown shops and dining are just a short walk away.

This property is located near multiple event spaces making it ideal for small gatherings or enjoying the countryside. Kids and pets alike with love the vast outdoor space to roam and play. There is a charming train that runs the backside of the property making for a unique and fun backdrop. A fantastic dog friendly brewery is within walking distance.

Built in 1910 with a backdrop of the barn built the same year, The Farmhouse is cozy and quiet. After booking, guests are required to complete a renter’s agreement and provide a valid government-issued photo ID prior to check-in. This is required for all guests without exception.
