This townhouse is close to the major highways w/o the noise. It is 800 sq ft with an upstairs and downstairs area. There is 1 bathroom upstairs w a tub/shower and a half bath downstairs (no tub/shower). There is wifi, alarm and washer/dryer. There is also a tiny fenced in area for your pets. My place is not fancy but it is clean and I try to provide the best value for you and your pets who can be really hard on houses. The house is in a complex that has children and neighbors are close by.

Close to shopping, dining and city parks in a quiet neighborhood with a fenced yard, pool for guests only (Seasonal - Memorial Day until Labor Day 10am-8pm) also included is an attached single car garage.
