This wheelchair accessible country cottage enjoys sea views and is located only 15 minutes drive from Ohope Beach. This property is wheelchair accessible. It has one remote adjustable bed in the spacious twin room, a full sized disability bathroom. The lounge includes a standup chair and a fold out couch bed. The cottage has ramps into the front and back of the house. The house is located next door to a flower farm. For winter stays enjoy the hot tub on the deck and a wood fire.

Colleen's Cottage

One room up, queen bed, ensuite. Room downstairs, queen bed, full bathroom, laundry, no dryer but a clothesline on the back deck, books to read everywhere. Should anything break, please leave me a note or text me, A Heat pump has been installed for your comfort. The remote is just inside the door. Press on and wait a few minutes while it heats up. It has been set at a pleasant setting. Light switches are to the left of the room and fan switch is to the right, on the beam.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. We have paddle boards, two kayaks and plenty of games for use. Fully fenced back yard. Sit on the deck with a picture perfect view. Plenty of beautiful walks nearby. Lake Rotoma is one of New Zealands cleanest and warmest Lakes. 30 minutes to Rotorua airport. One hour to Papamoa beach and 40 minutes to Whakatane.
