Perfect for an authentic 'off the beaten track' farm experience to reconnect with your family. A scenic 60 min drive toTe Anau, 30 mins from Mossburn and the Hump Ridge track. A short 45 min drive to Invercargill. Our homestead provides a full kitchen & bbq with an outdoor firepit to roast (provided) marshmallows. Situated 3km from town on our rural lifestyle block, making the most of the views of Lake Te Anau. The shouse has all the necessities needed, a living area, kitchen, bathroom, sleeping area is upstairs in an open mezzanine style room (please note a lower ceiling) and slightly steeper and narrow stairs.

Black's Hut sits on the shores of Lake Te Anau with expansive uninterrupted views of Fiordland. Built in 2022 with quality fixtures and furnishings, entertainment system and hot tub. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.
