Toccoa Guesthouse.

Our home was built in 1905 with additions in 1996. The Guesthouse was designed as a true ‘in-law’ suite and was constructed in 2010. We're in the historic downtown Toccoa neighborhood where folks still sit on their front porches and greet others as they amble by on the sidewalks. You are welcome to use the rear porch and breezeway during your visit with us. You’ll find the property convenient, safe, quiet & private with the advertised essential amenities available to make your visit pleasurable

You’ll find us tucked away just outside the quaint little town of Six Mile, 10 miles north of Clemson University and in close proximity to 3 of the upstate's favorite lakes: Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee and Lake Hartwell. Here you’ll enjoy the serenity of country life without feeling “too far out" or away from all the upstate has to offer.

Coltsfoot Cottage, located at Coltsfoot Farm, is tucked away on a small horse farm in the quaint community of Mountain Rest, we are seated at just over 1800 feet of elevation within a mile and a half from the sparkling Chattooga River. Highlands, NC, Clayton, GA and Walhalla, SC are just a short drive of 30 minutes (or less) from this unique property. Relax in beautiful mountain scenery and see astonishing sunsets at Coltsfoot Cottage.

The Cottage at Keowee Hollow

Welcome to the Cottage at Keowee Hollow! We are conveniently located minutes from downtown Seneca, 10 miles from Clemson and under an hour from downtown Greenville, Highlands or Cashiers. This cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage includes a small kitchen, living room and dining area. The back porch offers a small table and chairs where you can start your mornings with a cup of coffee and enjoy a beautiful sunrise over Lake Keowee! Cane Creek Landing and South Cove Park are just around the corner.

Country Guest House

Experience a peaceful stay in a cabin /guest house surrounded by old oaks and pines. Off the beatin path but only 3 miles from restaurants and shopping. Lovely deck for sitting and watching the deer. Fire pit for evening fires and roasting marshmallows. A gravel road leads up to the main house and the guest house is behind the main house with convenient parking and easy access. 1/8th mile from the paved road, so drive slowly to the dead end of the road where it enters the access driveway.

The Guest House By The River

Our Guest House is a quaint little place perfect for couples getaway. It is located on Chauga River, with a great swimming hole and beach. Perfect location if you are interested in River rafting (Chattooga River rafting is near by). If you enjoy hiking, fishing or just enjoying outdoors this is the place for you. Guest House is located to the right of the main house, but it is private. We would love to have you!! Close to Clemson, Cashiers, Highlands, Chattooga Belle Farms.

Lakeside Haven on Lake Keowee

Relax at this cozy lakefront studio on Lake Keowee with access to kayaks, paddleboards, a dock, fire pit, and pool. Perfect for unwinding or exploring, it's close to state parks with hiking trails and just a short drive to Clemson University-great for football weekends. The studio includes a full kitchen, private bath and in-unit washer/dryer providing all the comforts of home. Whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, this lakeside retreat has everything you need.

Cozy Rustic Lakefront Cabin

“on the edge” is a small, cozy, rustic, lakefront cabin with easy walk to a private dock on Lake Hartwell. Great for fishing and swimming. Public boat ramp 2 miles. Living/dining area, two bedrooms. Relax on the large porch with swing and rocking chairs or enjoy fire pit area. No kitchen but includes microwave, full fridge, toaster, Keurig, coffee maker and gas grill. Perfect getaway but also near charming downtown Toccoa, Toccoa Falls, Currahee Mountain, hiking…..

Little Blue Cottage on the Jocassee Wilderness

Little Blue, named because it's surrounded by wild blueberries, is situated just steps from the Jocassee Wilderness Area listed by National Geographic as 9th out of “50 of the World's Last Great Places.” It's located on the property of Heart Ridge Retreat Center. Guests will have access to all the retreat center grounds which includes a well-stocked lake (bring your rod). It's also centrally located to many trails, waterfalls, state parks, and lakes.
