Welcome to the Orlando Poolside Oasis!! This property is located in a quiet suburb of Orlando, with easy access to both theme parks and the beaches. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom pool home will allow you to vacation in comfort and style. We have recently completed many upgrades to the property, including a newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Escape to Sapphire Cottage, a 5-acre wooded retreat with a private canal boat dock. Relax by the shared pool, fish from the dock, or enjoy a BBQ at the firepit. Our cozy cottage features a queen master, 2 sofa-beds, a full kitchen, and dining for 6. From meeting our farm animals, biking, kayaking, or reading in the gazebo, there is something for everyone! Everyone finds our home fun & relaxing. We are close to tons of restaurants & shopping. Only 1 mile from the intersection of I-4 & 414 (Maitland Blvd). Home, it is fully stocked. Plus a gas grill. Towels & linens provided. Games and toys for all ages. Pets are welcome with pet fee. Guests have private use of property, 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths and all living areas, back yard and porch with pool . There is an optional third bedroom available for an additional $35 a night fee.

Want more fun in the sun? There is Wekiwa National park which is 7 miles away for kayaking and water springs. Additionally, Kings Landings is located 10 minutes away.
