Situated on a classic New Zealand high country station, the cabin gives it's guests access to one of the truly remote areas of the Southern Alps Enjoy horse riding from our farm, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and much more.

Rainbow Creek was curated for lovers and adventurers. Nestled on the edge of the rainforest in Kalang, you are immersed in nature - birdsong, glow worms and a million stars at night. The Tropical Flower Lodge sits at the foothills of Mt Bartle Frere, surrounded by lush rainforest and vibrant tropical gardens. Our property is also a working flower farm, home to a wide variety of Heliconias and Gingers. The lodge is completely self‑sustaining. Fresh spring water flows though the property a gravity‑fed system, our on‑site waterfall generates clean hydroelectric power. Guests often tell us it feels like staying in a hidden, eco‑friendly sanctuary where nature does all the work.

This uniquely built barn situated in the Gold Coast hinterland is within walking distance to national parks. Made from recycled wharf timber, the barn is set on an 18 acre farm beset by green lawns. A king bed with ensuite, separate shower & bath make up the loft bedroom. Downstairs features a second bathroom / laundry, fire place, lounge, study & self inflating bed (inflatable bed linen not included), dining & fully equipped kitchen before walking onto a large deck overlooking the rainforest.
