Embracing atmosphere with covered lanai, ocean view, a million stars at night, comfy Queen size bed, bathroom, Wifi, outdoor kitchen, heated outdoor shower, under sun & stars. Furnished Japanese style, a room with a view! Close to South point, Green & black Sand beach & snorkelfun bays. Kahuku volcano park is close (10 min), great hiking! Welcome to The Flower Bed, a greenhouse cabin on the slopes of Mauna Loa, Big Island with everything you need for a great vacation. Relax on the outdoor patio, cozy up with a book on the loveseat, enjoy the rainfall shower. Gaze at the amazing stars and be lulled to sleep by evening nature sounds. Awake to birds in song and morning sun filtering through the window. Sample an edible flower, use a pinch of lavender for calm, and enjoy peekaboo ocean views. You won’t regret staying several nights!

(Please note there is no inside shower). Queen sized bed along with 32” TV, mini fridge, microwave, drip coffee pot and tea kettle. This place is small, but very cute! Tall ceilings with cedar tongue and groove. Small closet with a space to hang your coats. Indoor toilet and sink vanity in bathroom.

Babies under 6 months are welcome ( pack and play is available). There is only one bed so there's no accommodations for children older than that.
