An easy 10-15 minute drive into the CBD. We really enjoy meeting and hosting guests in our new beach house. As award winning architectural and interior designers working in the hospitality industry, we designed the private apartment to offer a relaxing escape with all the goodness and comforts of home. The casual resort style accommodation is fully self contained and well appointed, perfect for business, holiday travellers and families to kick back and enjoy the wonderful beachside location. Contemporary coastal style décor and accommodation comprises: Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, bedside tables, console, occasional chair and large fitted wardrobe. Extra Large Bedroom with two single beds, bedside table, storage credenzas and large wardrobe w/toy storage and space for kids to play. Stylish contemporary bathroom with vanity, storage and shower. Spacious and bright open plan layout with luxury finishes Full Gourmet Designer kitchen with European appliances Dining table/area for four Oversized Lounge area with large TV/DVD NETFLIX and WiFi Original artwork by local artist Stephen Draper. Study nook and desk with shelving and mobile pedestal -if you really need to work ! A secluded, verdant tropical garden terrace with alfresco dining and bbq facilities lets you enjoy the spectacular sunsets and listen to the sounds of the surf with a quiet glass of wine . Life's good :) Our guests have their own private front door to come and go as they please with private access to all the accommodation. Use of our pool and pool house deck by arrangement. We will personally welcome you and provide our recommendations of local eateries, bars, entertainment, sporting and shopping facilities. As well as places of interest to visit + things to do with kids! - We can provide bikes, boogie boards, brolly, beach towels, bucket and spades. We are only a call away and generally on hand to help you enjoy your stay. I love the laid back, friendly beachside vibe of south City Beach! A two minute walk and you’ll have the sand between your toes. There’s plenty of eateries to choose from, a nearby 24/7 gourmet supermarket and easy access to CBD, Freo and Kings Park. A bus stop is 100m from our house (BUS 82) travels to the City Centre in 30 mins. The bus stops in Subiaco where you can connect to the train to go to the City, Elizabeth Quay,Claremont, Cottesloe and the fishing port of Fremantle OR the spectacular new Optus footy Stadium and the Crown Casino and Resort. Off Street parking is available and we suggest you consider a hire car if your stay is for longer than a few days. If free we are happy to drop you off on route or you can Uber. Single level open plan living areas with two steps up to Laundry and Bathroom. We operate a bio chemical water treatment system i.e every 3-4 times you use the bathroom the pump will operate for 3-4 seconds w/minor residual noise.

The Mini House

Nestled on Joondalup Resort Golf Club, 2 km from the Beach, The Mini House is a super stylish tranquil haven. With marble floors, 2 top quality double beds, one on mezzanine up sturdy ladder stairs, luxury spa shower, gourmet kitchen, a beautifully designed apartment. Facilities: smart TV, PS4, outdoor private courtyard, shared laundry, outdoor spa (till 10pm) at rear of main house with privacy blinds. Host separate in main house. Parking space. Indoor small/medium pets welcome on short stays.

The Connolly Guest House, Joondalup

The Connolly Guest House is ideal for anyone attending a function at the internationally-renowned Joondalup Golf Resort, visiting Edith Cowan University (many of our guests are studying, lecturing or doing research there), Joondalup Health Campus, or for people visiting relatives in the northern suburbs. We welcome anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a light and airy open plan beach-style retreat equipped with every comfort with garden courtyard all located only 600m from the stunning Sunset Coast. You are in walking distance to beautiful white sand beaches, lively cafes, restaurants and the world class Hillarys Boat Harbour and Marina. The apartment is designed to accommodate 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years. BOOKINGS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR MORE THAN 2 ADULTS.

We are located in a beautiful, quiet suburb 20 mins from Perth CBD and a short walk to Edith Cowan University, Yellagonga Regional Park and Joondalup CBD. We offer our beautiful “Beachy Seashell” Holiday stay in the heart of Connolly. The location is perfect to visit the beautiful beaches of Perth, the Golf Course or Hillary's Boat Harbour. At Hillary's you can take the ferry to Rottnest. The most beautiful island in WA. Only a few minutes away you have shopping centres, Cafe's, Restaurants and Joondalup Hospital. To get to the city we can offer you a ride to the train station. The bus stop is just a 4 min walk away.

Umatah Retreat Chalet

Umatah means "you matter". Umatah to us, Umatah to yourself, Umatah to those around you and Umatah to the environment. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.

Our lovely 3 bedroom home comes with everything you will need for your stay in Perth. A fantastic outdoor entertaining area complete with swimming pool(with solar blanket), BBQ and lounges makes this an ideal retreat for couples and families. A bottle of wine, Liquor land. Both open 8am till 9pm weekdays. Fern coffee lounge for a coffee or maybe breakfast or lunch open from 6am till 2pm . Beach 5 minutes in a car. The house. High raking ceilings, loads of light . Modern Decor . Quiet, private and peaceful.
