Amy’s Local BNB is nestled among huge fir trees in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from downtown Sebastopol. This sunny contemporary gem focuses on our commitment to local and sustainably sourced food, wine, and crafts. With a full kitchen, you can enjoy the comforts of a meal cooked “at home” from the local farmer’s market, or walk to superb local eateries. We will share maps to our favorite swimming hole on the Russian River or to ocean beaches, or introduce you to excellent local vintners.

If you are looking for a peaceful, nature filled retreat, with fast wifi, then look no further. Zen House is the perfect vacation getaway. Bright, and airy with windows throughout and a spectacular view of the redwoods. You are just under a ten minute car ride away from the beach. The property is on 3 acres with over 100 redwoods too large to put your arms around. The large decks, stone patio and pathways, hot tub, and grill add to the opportunity to forest bathe and enjoy the outdoor beauty.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay on a quiet hilltop. This is a quaint 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a queen bed in one bedroom and bunk (twin over full) in the second bedroom. Deer Ranch is a remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home sitting on four acres of private land, with outdoor decks, hot tub, and plunge pool. This contemporary Frank Lloyd Wright-styled-like home sits on top of a hill with meadows below and towering redwoods that add to a peaceful seclusion getaway, and still only minutes from the hamlet of Occidental (1.3 miles). The pool is open during the summer months only (late May-end of September). The hot tub is on all year-round.
