The boathouse is located on the Alūksne Lake/ city centre. There is walking trails, cafes, swimming spots, sports field, a children’s playground, the Alūksne Castle Park and historical objects within walking distance. Rannas tegutseb kohvik, kust saab rentida SUP-laudu, vesijalgrattaid ja aerupaate. Läheduses võimalik laenutada jalgrattaid ja discgolfi kettaid.

Maja asub Võrumõisas, mis on vaikses suvila piirkonnas, kuid samas Võru kesklinnale ja Tamula rannale jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Mullifunktsiooniga tünnisauna ja leilisauna kasutamine on hinna sees, kõik vajalik kütmiseks on olemas kohapeal. Leilisaun on elektriga.
