Enjoy the lovely setting of this edge of village location, very close to the Grand Union Canal in the picturesque village of Braunston. Come and see what makes this part of Northamptonshire so special! Fabulous country dog walks along the canal towpath from the end of the drive. Just a short walk from several village and canalside pub restaurants. The village has a general store and post office, and an award winning butchers. Our comfortable barn is the perfect base to explore the area.

Yet we’re just 10 mins from the M42 and close to M6, M1, East Mids & Birmingham Airport so we’re a great place to stop over for work or leisure.

Welcome to this two bedroom house, which is your home away from home! Situated in a quiet culdesac away from the main road. The house has two comfortable double size bedrooms and can sleep 4 people. The University Hospital is only a 10 minute walk away, and there is easy access routes to both the M6 and the M69. Both Coventry city centre and arena are only a 15 minute drive from the house. There is an Asda and Co-op within a few minutes walk and many other amenities nearby.

The Granary

The Granary is a self contained studio room within the grounds of our house. It's completely self contained, with a private entrance, en suite shower room, and off road parking. There is also a fridge and a microwave, a two burner electric hob, (but please note no oven or washing machine), dining table and chairs, crockery, glasses etc, TV and DVD player. We leave a selection of cereals, bread, milk, juice in the fridge for guests to help themselves to continental breakfast.

There is one designated secure car parking space for your use, which is to the right hand side of the property door. If you require more parking please let me know..
