There are 2 living spaces and 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom has separate outside entrance and another entrance into the main house. There is also a sofa bed. There is a nice covered patio with a grill. Very spacious dining room with huge table open to TV room for large gatherings. Kitchen opens up to the living room and living room can open up to the dining/TV room. Every room has ceiling fan and all rooms have TV. Covered parking for 1 vehicle. No houses behind property.

Welcome to Moose Lodge 1.5 miles to the river. Open concept for family gatherings. 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths & game room with air hockey to keep the kids entertained. Fully stocked kitchen & 2 refrigerators. Tons of parking for family reunions, front & back covered porches. Back porch includes 2 large picnic tables with ceiling fans to keep you cool. Outdoor fireplace area, volleyball, horseshoes, corn hole & basketball. Enjoy watching the deer wander through the property. This home has it all!

On 60 acres, lots of dirt roads, and a rough rocky dry creek to explore. hummingbirds, jack rabbits, deer to keep you amused. Several clear cool swimming holes on the Nueces River just minutes away. The porch is a wonderful place to sit back and enjoy the view. Internet is available but be aware it is a rural speed, not fast city speed. The house is 5 miles from Camp Wood which has restaurants and stores. A park is a short way away with benches, covers, another place to fish and to launch a kayak.
