Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! We are a family of 5 - everyone with different interests, but all connected to our beautiful nature. Therefore, we can help you find something you enjoy - at our house or in Soča Valley!

This unique and stylish space has just been fully renovated and equipped with everything you need for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. You’ll find here a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, living/sleeping area with a quality pull out, a walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower. There's a sitting area across the street for you to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of nice Brda wine. The location is perfect; in central Brda close to Šmartno, with nice views, just 50m from a local shop.

Near the apartment there is a small farm with donkeys and sheep. Just a few kilometers away is the paratroopers' takeoff point with landing in Lijkak. You can visit the pilgrimage center of Sveta Gora on foot or by car. The Solkan bridge is also within a few minutes' drive.

House is located in a small village on top of the hill surrounded by Vipava Valley.

The renovated Apartment Vrtnica is located in an apartment building in the center of Nova Gorica on the 5th floor. It has a lot of natural light and a nice view of the inner courtyard. Due to the location, the apartment is very quiet, despite being in the center of the city center. You can use the free public parking in front of the building. Children and dogs are welcome, please treat the apartment with care.
