Minutes away to annual Snow Bash events. A short drive to Hinckley, Kayuta, and Piseco lakes. Close access to snowmobile trails that extend across NYS. A 45 minute drive to Utica. An hour or less to Speculator/Old Forge/Piseco. Restaurants/Pub: Haskell's Inn (walking distance), Ohio Tavern(2 mi.) WiFi & Streaming. NO pets.

A shabby chic, bohemian flat put together with a Paris apartment in mind. You have an entire two bedroom apartment to yourself. The flat is right in the middle of the City within walking distance to all (i.e. restaurants, bars, bakery and shopping). Both brand new mattresses are dressed in new super soft sheets and have extra pillows for comfort. The bathroom is stocked with new Egyptian cotton wash and towel sets. The kitchen has the essentials to make meals on the premises during your stay.

This bright and sunny 1 BR apartment has plenty of space to spread out. Full eat-in kitchen including all cooking essentials. Centrally located between Syracuse and Albany. 40 min to Cooperstown (1 hour to All Star Village). 15 min to Herkimer Diamond Mines. Also, nearby the home of the Utica Comets Hockey and Utica City Football Club!

Located in the Hamlet of Clark Mills, Town of Kirkland, we are centrally located between Utica and Rome approximately three miles from the NYS Thruway. Within a ten to fifteen minute drive you can travel to Utica College, Hamilton college, SUNY Poly, and the up and coming Nano Center. This area is unique for many small family restaurants with many options for local shopping. A short drive away are day trip options including the Baseball Hall of Fame, Syracuse, and the Adirondacks.
