Shepherd's Hut -The Nest /The Burrow

Three luxury shepherd's huts are located on the grounds of The Red Lion pub in Northmoor, Oxfordshire. Each hut is equipped with heating, an additional log burner, an ensuite shower room, ultrafast WiFi, a smart TV, and a healthy dose of comfort and relaxation—perfect for a long weekend away from it all, come rain or shine. The Red Lion is a beautiful 17th-century country Inn with Oak beams and cosy fires set in an acre of countryside. Excellent home-cooked food, fine wines, beer and cider.

A self contained Annexe

We live in a beautiful village with many countryside walks to choose from. We have Aston potteries shop and cafe within a 5 minute walk which does the most delicious lunches/cakes. We’re just a stones throw away from Witney town centre which boasts many eateries and plenty of high street shops. Our annexe is attached to the side of our home above a double garage, it has velux windows which gives a nice lighting. The room is spacious with a good size en-suite and it’s own entrance.

Underfloor heating ensures comfort in colder weather. Sofa-bed not made up by default, advise in advance if needed. With the benefit of off-street parking, it comprises a double/twin bedroom, a shower room and a combined lounge and small kitchenette. It is a convenient and comfortable base from which to explore Oxford and the surrounding area.

The Studio: rural riverside setting near Oxford

Formerly the manor house gymnasium, The Studio now provides comfortable accommodation for two people. It consists of an open plan sitting room/bedroom, separate kitchen and shower room. The accommodation is situated in the grounds of a riverside manor farm bordering the River Thames and is close to Oxford (on a direct bus route), Blenheim Palace and the Cotswolds.
