Welcome to our home! This English basement unit has its own separate entrance with keyless code entry. We offer free private parking in the back of our home and patio access, which you will share with the host. Our home is located in the border of Edgewood/Brookland DC and close to many restaurants, shops, parks, breweries, and our personal favorite, the metropolitan branch trail. We are a 10-min walk to the red-line metro, and a 15-min bike or drive to the national mall (US Capitol/museums).

Come to DC to work or play but stay here to relax. DC can be a busy, loud, fast-moving city at times, but the space we've cultivated here is a tranquil escape from the commotion without having to leave the city. This 2 room penthouse suite includes a private terrace with bifold doors and roof deck access, private entry/bathroom. It offers a beautiful view of DC skyline and a view for miles to the east. Coffee/tea/Kitchenette w/cooktop and fridge. The suite has a queen bed and full futon in the living area for larger groups. Apple TV will allow you to watch programming from any of your devices.

This recently renovated unit covers the entire first floor of a rowhouse and can fit up to four guests with a queen bed and queen air mattress. It also has outdoor space shared with the upstairs unit! Our walkable neighborhood is close to so many great areas: - 3 blocks from Union Market - 3 blocks from H Street NE - 5 blocks from the NoMa Metro - 9 blocks from Union Station - 15 blocks from the US Capitol

Comfortable Studio Apartment

A cute studio apartment in the basement of a newly renovated home. Guests have a private entrance with their own private bathroom. You also have use of a full-size washer and dryer. Other amenities include an honor bar stocked with beer and wine, an arcade style game with over 200 popular titles including Ms. Pac Man, and coffee/tea. Please note that we live upstairs, but the space is private. It is separated by a stairwell and a locking door. It is comparable to a hotel room, but nicer.

Roomy 2 bedroom ground floor apartment. We are a 1/2 block from major bus lines to the Rhode Island metro. We have off street parking for 2 cars as well. This apartment is located in a diverse, quiet neighborhood in Northeast DC. The larger bedroom has a Queen size DreamCloud bed and pillows. We have a full kitchen with coffee and tea provided. Enjoy the outdoor area which includes a table, chairs, umbrella, dart board, and cornhole. You might even get to see our resident groundhog!
