The Old Coach House has been rebuilt in 2019 and has been fitted to a high standard for our guests. The accommodation offers everything you could need for a break. Although situated in the main street in Polesworth it is quiet due to the additional insulation in both walls and glazing. The accommodation is situated ideally to explore the Midlands and is not far from Drayton Manor Themepark. Cleaned weekly by professional cleaners - more frequent cleans can be arranged.

The Coach house is a self contained apartment within a village setting,which benefits from a local convenience store. It is situated close to the M42 with good road links to all Midlands towns and cities. Netherseal is within The National Forest which allows access to numerous walks. A unique woodland retreat in the heart of Beeston. With easy access to all the local amenities, as well as public transport. This is a studio flat above our garage (we’re a busy, friendly family who love where we live!) with its own entrance overlooking a school woodland area. Clad in wood and with a bedroom on a mezzanine floor in the trees, it’s hard to believe you’re in the centre of Beeston.

Smart Studio

A spacious living space with lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Sofa bed in the lounge area and a mezzanine with double mattress and a low ceiling, access via loft ladder steps. Towels and all linen provided. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread and butter are provided on arrival. On site parking.
