Only 20 minutes from the City of Norwich and walking distance to the beautiful village of Worstead with it's pub.

Our four luxurious shepherds huts with hot tubs are located on the edge of our field. You can enjoy the views and see the beauty this special place boasts from sitting in your own hot tub. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut. Welcome to a luxury retreat with everything you would expect for a cosy getaway. The hut is dog friendly with secure walled & fence garden. The hut has plenty of walks so why not go down to the river or pop to the gastro pub for food or the beach which is less than 11 miles away. Norfolk boards is only a mile way. As darkness falls, it’s time to toast marshmallows on the fire pit with fairy light all around before snuggling up in the king size bed or in the woodfired hot.

This is a unique experience to stay on a boat on dry land! Set amidst acres of quiet countryside on a working stud farm, The Boat has been lovingly restored to a very high standard equipped with everything you need.
