The Coach House is a converted coach house and stables. Downstairs, it has a 42 square metre open-plan living space, with a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living area. There is even a small pool table. Upstairs, bedroom 1 has a double bed and views of Severn Estuary towards Wales. Bedroom two also has a double bed doubling as an office with a large oak table. The bathroom has a shower and bath. The walls are decorated with our art work including many of local places you may like to visit.

The Garden Room is a delightful, spacious, self-contained, open plan, contemporary style living space in a converted green oak barn in a village location. It has two double beds, kitchenette and shower room and a small patio area. It has its own off road parking space immediately in front of the property. The property has modern conveniences (including Satellite TV and Fibre optic Wifi), and also enjoys the picturesque gardens of Over Langford Manor as well as walks along the Mendips straight from your front door. We have now added an EV charging point for electric cars.
