Lovely villa close to Ponsonby Rd and City. Light filled, sunny room, moved from another property in Freemans Bay(see reviews) so know and love the area. A perfect spot for exploring the city, and catching the ferries to Waiheke Island and Devonport also a good setting off point to visit other parts of New Zealand. All the Restaurants and Bars of Ponsonby Rd five minutes walk away also public transport to Town and the Wynyard Quarter. We are a friendly relaxed couple who enjoy meeting people.

My home is near new, warm and comfortable. light/bright bedrooms and you will have complete privacy with your own studio lounge & private bathroom facilities. I welcome couples, singles, business professionals and travellers. Facilities are available for a couple and 2 extra people.
