Although it is only 6 km from Queenstown, the setting is beautiful and peaceful, and very private.

Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

An incredible setting, with unparalleled views of Lake Whakatipu and The Remarkables, Crystal Waters is a brand new property conveniently located within suburban Queenstown, but away from it all. Our suites contain upscale rustic interiors, wood burners, full kitchens, and floor to ceiling windows to enjoy uninterrupted panoramic views from every room. Whether it be a mountain adventure or a romantic getaway, our suites are the perfect spot for treasured memories.

Perkin’s Lake View Apartment

Private one-bedroom unit attached to the main house, featuring a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living area, hot tub, and outdoor seating overlooking the marina and The Remarkables. Just a two-minute walk to cafés, a brewery, and wine bars. The unit has its own entrance, though access is via a shared driveway, and the spa is located on the driveway area. We respect guests’ privacy at all times. Suitable for a maximum of two guests, as the space is compact and cosy.
