Little Blue House on Lonnie Lane

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home. *No unauthorized parties. Evidence of an unauthorized gathering beyond guest limit (7) will result in immediate cancellation of remaining stay without refund of cancelled days. *No smoking inside of house. Any cigarette butts found on the property will result in a $200 fine PER cigarette. *Although we welcome pets (2 dogs max) we require a $125 pet fee per stay. This will ensure our property is sufficiently cleaned for the next guests.

You’ll love my place because it is brand new (built in 2015), clean, there is plenty of natural light and it has a full kitchen and washer and dryer. This is an ideal location for couples or business travelers.

The room A ( 12x14 ) includes its own bed, private bathroom, fridge, microwave, It has a private entrance and a private parking spot. This nook is located at the back of my home. It doesn’t connect to tmain house. “The bed takes up a significant portion of the room, so the space between the walkways is reduced. Please note that the area is limited, and we recommend caution when moving around
