The soulful dwelling is mid-century modern style w/ expansive decks, lush gardens, outdoor space & a serene, yet hip, interior including a cozy living room, modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The lay out is two separated bed/bath units- offering complete privacy for 2 couples or parents w/ kids! Float the river, soak in the hot tub or just relax. Pets OK- $50 fee

It is located right off highway 101 and just minutes to the Avenue of the Giants for exploring and hiking. Enjoy shopping and dining in the nearby Victorian village of Ferndale. It's the perfect central location for exploring all Humboldt has to offer!

Whether you are nature lovers, riders, or want a quiet personal or romantic retreat, our place is ideal. Walking, hiking, biking trails abound right from the property. Tucked into a magnificent redwood forest the cottage has a gas fireplace, reading chair, futon couch, good lighting, desk, and dining table. The kitchen contains basic staples, including teas and fresh organic eggs from our hens. A large claw-foot tub is in the bathroom and a shower is on the secluded west facing deck.

The beach cottage is light and airy, the perfect romantic getaway. Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural.
