The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. We also have many amenities that are close by, including 2-restaurants that are run by a 5-star chef. We also have the Burning Coal theater directly across the street from us. They seem to have plays and various events happening three or four times a month. People say it's some of the best local theater in the State
