This water villa is situated at the beginning of the most beautiful canal of Amsterdam . Located in the center between the Central Station and the Jordaan. 10 min walk from the C.S. and 5 min to the Jordaan. Lovely modern water villa in the middle of the centre with everything handy. Living room is overlooking the water, large open windows facing the canal, design interior, large dining table, three bedrooms. Aan boord van ons zelf gebouwde woonschip hebben we in het ‘vooronder’ een gastenkamer gemaakt. Er is uitzicht op breed water, een overdekt eigen zitje buiten en als je wil, neem je zo een duik vanuit het appartement. De boot ligt in het Oostelijk Havengebied van Amsterdam, de stedenbouwkundig veel geroemde wijk vlakbij het centrum. Voel je welkom op deze mooie plek en ontdek onze mooie stad per fiets (bij de prijs inbegrepen) of wandel door onze mooie buurt. Alle voorzieningen zijn vlakbij.

Ons appartement is een nieuw (geopend op 1 september 2020) luxe en sfeervol gastenverblijf met een eigen entree, een terras aan de slaapkamer en een heerlijk bankje voor de deur. Het appartement is rustig gelegen op een mooie plek in Amsterdam-Noord, omgeven door groen en aan het water. Binnen 10 minuten ben je in het centrum. Het is dé plek om te genieten van alles dat Amsterdam te bieden heeft en om binnen een paar minuten op de (gratis) fietsen de mooie natuur van Waterland te verkennen.

The light and very well insulated 35m2 studio is situated in the former sailors cabin of coaster Mado. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

Toe aan ultieme ontspanning in een stad waar altijd wat te doen is? In Amsterdam Noord, in de circulaire wijk Buiksloterham, de nieuwe “place to be” van Amsterdam vind je de studio, een oase van rust voor de bezoekers van bruisend Amsterdam. De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. Ook de badkamer en suite is gelegen aan de binnentuin.

Small park on the water just behind the house. The awesome bed has both hard and soft pillows. You will sleep well :)

Deze romantische woonboot ADRIANA in het hart van Amsterdam is voor echte liefhebbers van historische schepen. Gebouwd in 1888 is dit een van de oudste boten van Amsterdam en ligt in de Jordaan vlak bij het Anne Frank huis en het Centraal Station. Het schip heeft 5G internet, TV, centrale verwarming en een gratis parkeerplek. U heeft het exclusieve gebruik. Buiten op het dek heeft men een prachtig uitzicht op de Keizersgracht en zijn er veel winkels en restaurants om de hoek.

You also have access to outside space on our pier where you can relax into the evening on warm summer nights.

The studio has separate entrance, with water and sink, kichenette, refrigerator, combi microwave with grill and an electric appliance for pizzas, (but not with stove). Twee bedrooms separate by the living room, each bedroom has a bathroom, also you have your own private garden. Our studio is easily accessible by car and public transport. It is a quiet and picturesque neighborhood. Smoking is not allowed, neither in the garden.
