The apartment is located in Rotermann Quarter, which combines old industrial buildings and modern architecture, is located in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town, the harbor and Viru Center. From the balcony and roof terrace, there is a view to Rotermann Square, Old Town, and sea. There are several shops, restaurants in the quarter. The medieval Old Town is just around the corner. !!! Construction across the street (new building). Sorry for possible noise. 30m2 studio apartment with private entrance in the city centre area with private parking in closed garden. The location has super good access to public transportation (300-400m walk). In the apartment there are one full size bed and one sofa bed, both fit 2 persons. Guests have access to fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, stove and necessary essentials)) and opportunity to have morning coffee in the garden.
