The apartment also has one parking space in front of the building. It is located in a newly built neighborhood, in a dead-end street, away from crowds and traffic. The distance from the first beaches is about 600 m.

Lavanda Holiday House is ideal for families with children. It is located near the beach (150 m). A shop, bakery, fruit shop, pharmacy and post office are a 6–7 minute walk away. The house is well equipped in shabby chic style and offers an outdoor dining area and a stone barbecue. One parking space is included (a second is available at extra cost). As the house has two floors, care is needed with children under 2. The island has flights from Germany, England, Poland, Sweden and Switzerland.

The apartment Casa Milano Streetside is one of two apartments in the house "La Casa Milano". It is located about 450m from the beach and about 2300m from the center of Njivice (Krk).
