Welcome to our new construction tiny home on the Kenai Peninsula! Our property is a cozy one bedroom, one bathroom, has brand new furnishings, a fully outfitted kitchen & plenty of space to park. The Kenai Peninsula is an ideal hub for all of your outdoor adventures. Enjoy fishing on the Kenai river, hiking, sight seeing & fly out guide tours in the summer & ice fishing, snowshoeing, skiing, & so much more in the winter! Please note: we don't have wifi & we have a very strict NON SMOKING policy.

Space saver stairs lead to a cozy loft above the kitchen with a twin bed and an upper loft with a private queen. Savor coffee from a French Press, Keurig K-cups or drip brew in a fully stocked kitchen. Unwind in the unique shower with plush towels, shampoo, and body wash. A full laundry is yours... This 3600' home sits on 2.5 acres inside city limits in one of Kenai's premier neighborhoods. A large driveway boats room for Boat/RV parking or plenty of vehicles to accommodate larger families or groups. Home has open floor plan, chefs kitchen, family/formal space, large deck and freezer for processed fish storage.

Open, bright, clean and cozy, this beautiful and efficient cabin is found in a wonderfully pleasant and family friendly neighborhood. It was situated on site to take maximum advantage of the stunning views of Kachemak Bay and the Grewingk Glacier. This is a no-pet listing, just right for one or two people. One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
