We offer 60 courtesy kilowatt hours per night of rental. We capture the starting point upon check in and calculate the amount used during stay. The apartment is characterized by its 48m²/516ft² rooftop terrace and 36m²/387ft² hardwood deck with magnificent views of the San Juan Bay. It is part of a small rustic resort, Cabañas Lobotepe, situated on a 1 acre hill, 2 blocks from the beach and a 7 minute walk from the center of town. It has 2 bedrooms and there are 2 sleeping couches, 1 in the living room and 1 on the deck. Additionally there are 2 hammocks. From the entrance it's a 50m walk on a slightly ascending path with 20 steps.
