The house also has a sauna available as well as an outdoor hot tub for extra pay.

The total space area 12.4 m2. The property is located near the Baltic Sea coast away from big cities, in the village called Klampju ciems. The closest city is Liepaja (18 km) and a village Nīca with basic grocery stores (5 km).
