You’ll find us tucked away just outside the quaint little town of Six Mile, 10 miles north of Clemson University and in close proximity to 3 of the upstate's favorite lakes: Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee and Lake Hartwell. Here you’ll enjoy the serenity of country life without feeling “too far out" or away from all the upstate has to offer.

Escape to this enchanting bear themed camper, nestled on a cozy one acre wooded lot. While another camper is nearby, a privacy fence creates your own peaceful haven. Soak in the hot tub on the covered deck, with a towel warmer and movie projector adding to the fun. Ideally located between three cities, you’re just minutes from shopping, dining, lakes, waterfalls, and scenic hiking trails. We are an easy 15 minute drive to Clemson, less than 5 miles to SWU, 7 miles to Duke Energy. Smart location for the mountains & lakes, visiting colleges, and graduation. Tiger tailgate space available for an additional fee. Hikes, waterfalls, 12 Mile river & Lake Hartwell are nearby. Friendly dogs are fenced or in our home. Hanover Haven is located close to all you need! Clemson University is only 3 miles away. There are 3 full grocery stores within 5 minutes. Lake Keowee access and marina all within 5 miles. The Gathering space is such a great place to have family fun! There are card games and large TVs with multiple streaming platforms. We are also working on a great outdoor space that will include a grill and sail shade ready for the summer. There is also an RV on the property that is an AirBNB.

BRAND NEW 490 sq ft tiny house/cottage nestled in the woods in a country setting. Complete with a queen bedroom, a twin/day bed and then a queen bed in loft ( comfortably sleeps 4 adults and one child). We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.

You’ll treasure your time at this cute little cottage. It is 295 sq feet and was built in 2023 at the edge of the woods on our property. It has a full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and living room. It is perfect for one or two people, for either a quiet get-away in the country or for someone who is in town for work and is looking for a more extended stay. We offer discounts for weekly/monthly stays!
