The ideal beach retreat where it's just you, the sand, and the sea.

"The Townsend" - Hot Tub!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Welcome to The Saltwater House! Part of Ocean City’s historic district, built in 1920 and restored in 2020, this home is filled with old charm, with new modern coastal finishes. The Eventide Suite is located on the third floor of the home. What used to be an attic is now a cozy place to call home during your beach vacation! What this unit lacks in size, it makes up for in charm. Sip coffee on the top deck or take a short 10-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk!
