Studio Farm Cottage near Newport & Narragansett

Our farm is conveniently located 15 minutes from Newport, 10 minutes from Narragansett, and 10 minutes from Wickford. From Wickford, you can catch a ferry to Block Island, while the Quonset Ferry to Martha's Vineyard (May-Oct) is just 15 minutes away. The cottage is walking distance to a public bus stop and 15 minutes from the Kingston (AMTRAK) or Wickford (MBTA) train stations. We're happy to pick you up from the train or airport if we're available.

Brady cottage, Little Compton, RI

Located on a working farm, this one bedroom cottage has a queen size bed in bedroom and additional sleeping on the pullout sofa in the living room is perfect for young family. Scallop Shell Cottage Middletown/Newport

Coming April 1, 2023 new furniture/decor additions being delivered March 31, 2023. Scallop Shell is the smaller cottage on a compound that has three. Many have called them Tiny Houses. Occasionally, depending on the season we rent them separately. When the dates are available here in her calendar that means we are renting the buildings separately.
