Lupinfield Cottage ~a curated experience

Welcome to Lupinfield Cottage, a place and space which steps you back in time. This historic 4 bedroom vacation home in picturesque Twillingate, nestled on the bay is cozy and charming with uniquely designed living spaces indoors and out. Ideal for couples & families, this home features a wood burning stove, soaker clawfoot tub, 2 bathrooms, laundry and plenty of room to enjoy. To fully experience the magic of Lupinfield Cottage and Twillingate combined, we offer a minimum stay of 3 nights.

The Cozy - In Chance Cove, Ocean Front Cottage

A cozy ocean side cottage, about an hour outside of St John's NL, you find this little piece of paradise where you can relax and enjoy amazing ocean views. In season you can see whales right from back deck, Minke and Humpbacks. When the Caplin are rolling you can see them all along the beach and the trails beaches. Or maybe just relax and listen to the sound of the ocean waves breaking on the beach. Just a short walk along the beach and you are at the start of the Chance Cove coastal trail.

The Pigeon INNlet

Sitting on the hill of a small outport fishing community just 50 minutes south of St. John’s with breathtaking panoramic ocean views! Just a short walk down the hill you’ll have access to East Coast trails that take you north and south. Stroll around the cove to take in the scenic views or head to the island to get front row seats watching the locals fish and whales play! Be the first to watch the sun rise along the coast sipping your morning coffee or enjoy peaceful evenings on the deck!

Salt Spray Landing - A Cottage by the Ocean

Located on the south shore of the scenic Bay of Islands, Salt Spray Landing offers guests a tranquil, completely private retreat in a cottage situated between mountains and ocean. Take the private path down to the beach and walk along the shoreline to enjoy the incredible view. Fire up the BBQ, relax in the barrel sauna, or light a fire in the outdoor fire pit and let your senses indulge in the natural setting. From here, you can catch one of the most spectacular sunsets on the island!

Whether you snuggle up by the cozy wood stove, or decide to enjoy some quality time outside in the hot tub- your trip will be a relaxing one! Enjoy a fire in the firepit, or choose to explore the pond in our kayaks- there is so much beauty to see! There are also many popular hiking trails in the area! $30 pet fee required for pets. Located on a private, wooded lot with a short, on-site walking trail, leading to an ocean view lookout with private beach access. It is also minutes from Bottle Cove Beach, numerous hiking trails and an All Terrain Vehicle Trail network. Come explore with us!

our cottage has a breath taking view. while relaxing on our patio and enjoying the ocean breeze you may have the opportunity to see iceberg or view a whale in season. we are walking distance from a local restaurant,convenience store,walking trail and minutes from Cape Bonavista ,Dungeon and other historic sites. we have 2 bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with open concept,laundry facilities, and on those chilly nights you can relax and enjoy our fireplace.
