This unique tiny home is located in the heart of a working fishing village in Champneys West! Located right on the Fox Island Trail! This retro themed home is small with a big presence! Because it is right on the water it has a propane Cinderella Incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. The stairs are a little steep for those with mobility issues. The harbour is a highly sought location! A beautiful place to relax and enjoy a beverage on the deck overlooking the water!

The 3rd level can be used to accommodate children or extra guests. The top level is home to an amazing view. Nice place to sit and enjoy morning coffee or evening sunset. A peaceful Harbour view! This cabin is located high on a hill overlooking Trinity Bay in the quaint community of Saint Jones Within. You have a 270 degree panoramic and unobstructed view of the water which will take your breath away.... The cabin has four bedrooms, two with queen beds and two with two single beds, and two bathrooms. It has a full kitchen, internet and a flat screen TV. It's a 30 minute drive to Clarenville, on Route 205 off of the Trans-Canada Highway.
