This great property is centred in the seaside town and is the largest of the two cottages that we host. Free parking on the doorstep. 30 second walk to stunning curved beach, promenade, off shore sculpture and links golf course. Walking distance to local amenities and church point where dolphins are sighted. From here you can explore the rest of this heritage coastline. Newcastle’s city centre is less than 30 mins drive. Alnwick castle(filming location for Harry Potter)is a 45 min drive in land.

Longshore Drift

Longshore Drift is an ideal retreat for couples or a small family. Only 200 yards from the sandy beach. This is a friendly little seaside village with excellent bakeries, supermarkets, fish & chip shops, pubs, restaurants. Nearby there is a golf course. Home provides open plan living with beautiful log burner and smart tv with a fully equipped kitchen. 1st floor there is a king size bed to large bedroom and 2 single beds to the smaller rooms. Seahorse Cottage is a luxury cottage in the heart of Newbiggin by the Sea’s high street and conservation area, just 100 metres from the picturesque beach and promenade. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Surrounded by cafes and a few restaurants. We have a working stables behind us with some beautiful horses. The Cottage is furnished throughout to a high standard having been fully renovated by the current owners in 2023 and has a lovely deck area at the rear.

This 2018 static is located in Newbiggin-by-Sea. Situated on the front, it has panoramic, uninterrupted sea views - ideal for both nature loving enthusiasts and for those who like to simply sit and relax. The accommodation has a double and twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, double glazing, central heating and decking to enjoy the stunning views. Newbiggin has many pubs, restaurants, shops and a beautiful promenade. You should see seals, dolphins and maybe an occasional whale from your window.

Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

Our Tiny House is just that. A bespoke made tiny home for two that has been custom built to fit the space with seating and small amount of storage. A tiny bathroom includes a modern composting toilet and small shower with hot water. Basic cooking facilities are provided from a mini oven or why not use the fire pit and bbq outside instead. The sleeping area is accessed via a ladder and is in the apex of the roof and has a double mattress and soft bedding with a window to enjoy the sunrise.

This beach themed caravan is the perfect get away, with the most amazing panoramic coastal views to sit back & relax to on the decking, with great sunrise & sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, double bed room with en-suit bathroom which has a bath so you can have a great relaxing bubble bath after walking on the beautiful beaches, it also has a separate toilet with shower, centrally heated & double glazed. It is a stones throw away from the High Street with lots of restaurants & pubs to try

Beautiful static, sea view, dolphins and seals

Located at Church Point Holiday Park in Northumberland, this static caravan is almost new. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and an ensuite WC off the main bedroom. Double glazed and centrally heated, it provides a cozy retreat to view the local wildlife with a clear view of the sea through the French doors leading onto the wrap around decking. Sit with a glass of wine on the balcony, enjoy the view, watch seals and wait for the dolphins to swim by. Relaxation at its best!!

The Hogglet provides a cosy, comfortable retreat for two people. Offering a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with an en-suite and a homely living space. Off street parking, guest patio and garden. Two small dogs or one medium dog (labrador size) welcome. We are surrounded by beautiful walks including the river Coquet and the breathtaking beaches. A stones throw away from Warkworth castle where you will stumble among the local pubs, cafes and restaurants.
