Hilltop Guesthouse #1

Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

Immerse yourself in the quintessential Vermont experience at Storeybrook Farm. This rescue horse sanctuary is located amidst rolling hills, mountain vistas and a tranquil pond. "The Carriage House” is our largest suite with a fully equipped kitchen (stocked upon request), that opens up to a dining area with forest views. The living room features a woodburning fireplace and 2 built in queen bed "bunks". Enjoy sun-soaked pasture views from the main bedroom or while soaking in the clawfoot bathtub.

Our treehouse is a haven of well-being, peace, and elegance. In our stunning modern treehouse we have brought relaxation to a whole new level. Surrounded amongst us is nothing but woods & wildlife. Our cozy home is newly constructed, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, tucked in a private clearing with direct access to the Kingdom Trail network and VAST snowmobiling trails, minutes from Burke Mountain, and a short drive to Lake Willoughby. Just up the road from the village of East Burke, we are close to nearby amenities yet in a quiet hillside surrounded by nature, the perfect location for a weekend getaway, whether you are biking, skiing, hiking or exploring the Northeast Kingdom.

Soak up lake life as you bask in coffee and magic sunrises right outside your window. Right on the VAST trails, location is perfect for two to three snowmobiler’s or two couple’s by request. The lake only 40 feet away, nesting loons and moose, great fishing. Canoes and kayaks at the ready. This classic pine "camp" style apartment will be your ultimate hideaway in Vermont. Lakeview Cottage is adorable and located on one of Vermont's cleanest and most beautiful lakes, Crystal Lake! It's in the heart of the Northeast Kingdom, in the charming town of Barton. Sit around the outdoor firepit and soak in the view! You're just steps away from beaches and a dock. You'll find great swimming, fishing, boating, hiking, golfing, and mountain biking. Use our canoe or kayaks! Plus, Hill Farmstead Brewery is a short drive away. Beers there are rated best in the world!

This charming tiny luxury cabin offers a serene escape with breathtaking views of Burke Mountain and its surrounding wilderness. The cabin features a well-appointed living area, perfect for unwinding after a day of outdoor adventures. Whether you're curling up with a good book by the fireplace or enjoying a cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the tranquil pond and apple orchard, relaxation comes naturally here.

Spring Hill Farm, coffee & hot tub

Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

Russell's Cabin

Quaint log cabin. Access to Coronary on Kingdom Trails is right across the road when the trails are open. What to do during STICK SEASON? Gravel ride and hike, of course!!!! Sleeps 1-4. Upstairs bedroom has a king bed that can be split into two twin XL beds...whatever works best for you. Futon in downstairs living area can sleep 2. We also have two memory foam folding beds available if sleeping on a futon isn't your thing for the 3rd/ 4th guests.

Razzle's Cabin trailside

Razzle's cabin is on the Kingdom Trails! Right out the front door is the Coronary Bypass trail that connects to the entire network! Minutes from Burke Mountain! It's a quiet, private setting off from West Darling Hill road. Huge sunny deck with grill and picnic table along with comfy seating to relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Outside you'll find a sweet fire pit with a woodshed filled to the brim and an outdoor shower and bike wash!

East Burke Camp - Outdoor Enthusiast Getaway!

Thoughtfully renovated getaway cabin in the Northeast Kingdom with Burke Mt. views. This year round cabin is 1/4 mile from a Kingdom Trails access and is moments from snowmobiling, Nordic, and Downhill skiing in the winter. The interior is done in rustic wood details and the cabin offers plenty of room for guests to comfortably enjoy the VT lifestyle in comfort.
