There is a fire pit, outhouses, outdoor showers (cold only!), trails in the woods to roam, and stream to wade in. Stargazer Glamping Campsite at Clove Valley Farm

The Stargazer tent is a unique, luxurious camping experience with exquisite views & privacy. Enjoy the sounds of nature while gazing at the stars. The campsite is on 40 acres of fields & woodland & is home to an active organic farm. The tent site abuts the Coxingkill creek. We provide cookware, stove, grill, bedding, towels & water for cooking & drinking. There’s a picnic table, benches, chairs & an outhouse. Rio & Toby have been super hosts for 6 years & we look forward to hosting you!

Beautifully furnished glamping tent offers two queen beds, screened porch and rear deck. Personal kitchenette in the Lodge and lovely Bath House nearby. Join us for wood-fired pizza, walk through a beautiful wildflower meadow to the cedar hot tub, take in the stars by the nightly bonfires. Pristine nearby lake for kayaking or swimming and white water rafting in the Hudson River a mile down the mountain. Enjoy breakfast and baked goods in our Bakery. Golf carts available for rent.

Please check out the House Wren, our newest supported camping site. We will be inly putting the wood stove in the House Wren, not this site. If you decide you want to book this site we will include a propane heater. Immerse yourself in nature at our brand new Forested ledge site. Surrounded by trees, listen to the birds and enjoy a bonfire. Please note we do not allow guests in the tent to check in after dark; giving a good orientation to the property in the dark is very difficult.

Milkweed Camp - Glamping in a Blueberry Field

Our off-grid canvas tent is situated at the edge of a meadow, surrounded by blueberry bushes. It's just 4.5 miles to Main St in Livingston Manor, and 35 minutes to Bethel Woods. We provide a full-size bed (w/ heated mattress pad), fire pit, firewood, propane heater, and solar power. You have access to a private outhouse with composting toilet & outdoor shower on-site, and a conventional shared bathroom if you preferred. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.
