Artist's Retreat Guest House

The Artist's Retreat Guest House is a two-bedroom Craftsman bungalow in the Earlham College neighborhood that welcomes adults visiting our community of Richmond, Indiana. It features a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a library filled with art books, a garden, fine antiques, and works by regional and international artists. Sorry, but no children, pets, or smoking. We keep the house allergen-free and many of the art pieces are too fragile or heavy for the safety of children and animals.

Leader Loft

Conveniently located less than a mile from I-70 exit 14, on State Highway 503. This loft is perfect for any stay length for every occasion, and with the electronic door lock system it is perfect for a last minute stop as you’re traveling down the interstate. The Loft shares our building with Flour Bakery, coffee and gift shop, and is a minute's walk from a delicious bistro, antique shops, other gift shops, the library and hardware store. Come explore all that our quaint village has to offer!

The Patch: a cozy country home on a country farm

Conveniently located from exit 10 on I-70, The Patch is an old country home in northern rural Preble County. Fully furnished, three-bedroom home with central air and WiFi. Main floor features a bedroom with a queen-size sleep number bed directly off a working area with two more bedrooms located upstairs. Walk into the full-size stocked kitchen with washer and dryer. A large patio provides privacy and relaxation with a view of the farm. Perfect for work crews, stays, or just passing through.

Industrial & cozy 2 Bedroom atop a Historic Bldg.

Located on the 4th Floor of the Loft Highway Building in the heart of Richmond’s Historic Depot District. The Loft Highway houses such local businesses as Roscoe’s Coffee Bar & Tap Room, Lisa’s Cakes, Oblivion Cinema & Arts, Journey Yoga Studio, and The Art of Hair Salon and Metamorphosis Day Spa. Multiple other local restaurants and shops are just short walks away throughout the area. Each Guest receives 1 Free Drink from Roscoe’s (per night). Salon/Spa Booking info available upon request.

Ideal for single travelers or couples, this space offers a queen size bed with attached full bathroom. The room is connected to our primary residence through a breezeway. Your entrance is private and you can come and go as you please. Located minutes from I-75, Hobart Arena, Arbogast Performing Arts Center, and downtown Troy.

The Cottage on Abington Pike - Earlham College

Charming private cottage (home) on the West edge of Richmond within walking distance to Earlham College. This updated Three bedroom home has one custom full bath (w/Tub) & one half bath. The kitchen has been updated and is on the lower level. Great location. Wooded private rear yard with covered patio. Cardinal Greenway, Gorge Trail all of Richmond nearby. Fast Wi-Fi. We are just 5 mile off of I70 and centrally located among many places of interest. Go out or stay in. The outdoor living space is pretty spectacular! Private, with a hot tub, fire pit (wood provided), turf to play corn hole. Inside delivers all the comforts of home with full kitchen, laundry, workspace and cozy fireplace.

This first floor one bedroom apartment is in a quiet neighborhood just 4 blocks from Wayne Hospital, 5 blocks from Darke County Fairgrounds and a short 5 minute walk to Downtown Greenville.
