If you’ve ever wanted to experience tiny house living this is it. Brand new single wide house with all the amenities of a regular home. Your family will be close to everything, shopping, restaurants, central to Lake Havasu, Grand Canyon Skywalk, Las Vegas and more. Lot is half acre with 20’ gate for trailer or RV parking. This house is ALL electric so no risk of carbon monoxide. We are working on fencing the entire property but have fenced a good portion to give our guest privacy.

This is a pet frndly 3 bedroom, 2 bath, home with all wood floors, landscaped front yard with a water feature, a courtyard, beautiful night lighting and a secure back yard. There is plenty of space and each bedroom has a theme! The huge kitchen is ready for a master cook and plenty of family fellowship. Pack n play in hall closet. Outside areas that you will feel relaxed at. Note:There is a ring camera at front door and side slider door. We are normally next door if needed.

Small interactive farm guesthouse off historic Route 66, a short 15 minute drive from Kingman to the desert countryside. Enjoy the beautiful desert sunrise over the Hualapai mountains from your bedroom. Relax on the porch while watching the sun set over the Black Mountains. Listen to the coyotes in the background while you stargaze on the porch. Enjoy meeting the friendly goats, barn cat, sheep, pigs, chickens, turkeys, and livestock guardian dogs. Easy One-Night Stop Off I-40 in Kingman

Off I-40, with off-street parking at the door and keypad entry at any hour, so a short stop stays simple. Air conditioning, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry and ALLO fiber internet if the stay runs longer. Private fenced backyard and a private entrance rather than a shared corridor. Coffee, groceries and restaurants are a short drive. One bedroom with a king bed, and air mattresses are available for up to four guests. The other half of the duplex is also ours.

Western home close to shops/dine

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place near shopping, dining, and hiking in the mountains. The mountains are a 20 mins drive. Home is located centrally to chain stores and 10 mins from historic downtown. Located in a safe and friendly neighborhood with newer homes. Bike trail is close by. Home was built new about 2 years ago.
