Welcome to Ola Verde, a unique, cozy and centrally located condo overlooking 180 degree water views of Banks Channel and Greenville Sound on the north side of Harbor Island in Wrightsville Beach. Park the car for the duration of your stay and immerse yourself as a local with a walk or bike ride to the beach, coffee, bite to eat or concert in the park. Lots of amenities on site as well

2nd floor condo ,Two bedrooms with Queen beds, 50” TVs with Netflix, etc. There is a full kitchen and a large back porch for dining and relaxing evenings . The beach entrance is visible from the property, only 2 blocks away with golf cart parking right by the Hamlet Ave public beach access. There is a Shibumi beach canopy as well as a couple boogie boards for guest use. 4 Person GOLF CART INCLUDED w/TOWN PARKING PASS! Save Money! Park close to beach and boardwalk! ( must have valid license).

The pool has been completely renovated and is absolutely beautiful! This very clean condo (some say motel like bc of parking lot and kitchenette) is walking distance from some of the area’s best restaurants and hangouts! The Intracoastal Waterway and bridge to Wrightsville Beach are 200ft away. This unique location allows you to watch the boats navigate the waterway and see the sunrise. As an extension of the tropically-themed PalmTreeHouse upstairs apartment, you may book the PalmTreeHut simultaneously for parties of four, or go solo on your Wilmington excursion.

This custom LUXURIOUS 1-bedroom oceanfront sleeps 4 w/pull-out couch and is completely NEW inside. This unit is oceanfront, 2nd story w/elevator, covered parking in a gated parking lot, and a fully stocked kitchen, park the car & never have to drive during your stay! Right on the CB boardwalk w/ many choices for ocean view restaurants, etc. Pet friendly with an additional $60 cleaning fee per pet and early check-in and late check-out fee $150 for each request w/ 2-day notice.

The Sunsetter sits right across the bridge onto Wrightsville Beach overlooking Banks Channel and is just steps from the beach.  It has been uniquely renovated with one of a kind finishes and tasteful interior design, paying homage to the building's history while bringing it up to date with a Malibu surf style feel!  It has quickly become one of Wrightsville Beach’s most exclusive stays with its biggest attraction being the nearly 800sq.ft. fully turfed private rooftop deck.

With ocean and canal views in the heart of Carolina Beach this little gem comes with a full service kitchen, a nice sized bathtub, and a king size bed! The ottoman in the living area converts to a comfortable twin size bed. Beach access being just a few steps away. 5 minute walk to the CB boardwalk.
