Welcome to my home. As you step onto the property the 180 degree view of national forest will instantly relax you. So kick off your shoes, lay back in the hammock and take it all in. Inside you will be welcomed by a cozy atmosphere. Take advantage of this convenient location to Scott’s flat reservoir, the Parliament and Hoot mountain bike trails. So take a swim or nice hike around her shores, and If you're an avid mountain biker message me for trail recommendations

Enjoy our comfortable one bedroom log cabin (King bed), + (Twin), with kitchenette, patio with waterfall and private hot tub. 3.5 mi. from the Yuba River with many deep pools, and huge warm boulders. 3 mi. from downtown Nevada City, live theatre, music, art, fine dining and boutique shopping. There is spotty cell service, but you can text via wifi. We now have Race Fiber optics wifi and it is very fast. Note: Waterfall can be heard inside cabin.

Nevada City is just 15 to 20 minutes away, with Bullards Bar Reservoir just 10 minutes away for fishing and boating. Lots of hiking and mountain bike riding trails nearby. BBQ on the rear deck while you view the river in the backyard with your own private beach.
