All linens are included. Plenty of seating for visitors around dining room table and counter. We are a 5 min walk to the ocean and Shuckers restaurant, just across A1A. A perfect romantic rendezvous spot or a place to take the kids! This cozy beach cottage is located on a canal with 30’ seawall. Short 3 min walk to beach! Huge pool, private beach, gym, billiard room, bathrooms/showers. Bath house located 3 doors down w/ extra showers, laundry room, & extra bathrooms.

Cute beach house on Nettles Island (South Hutchinson Island). Approximately 750 sq ft, 2 bedrooms/1 bath (also access to bath house). Comfortably sleeps 4, but can accommodate up to 6 (with sleeper sofa and twin air mattress). Golf cart included to get around the island to the beach (about 3/4 mile), river, rec hall, and all amenities. Great for kids (and adults) with mini-golf, tennis, pickleball, ping pong, shuffleboard, swimming pools, and other activities.
