The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, coffee machine, a freezer and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax with a large living room space and offers a television and internet access. Local amenities: Co-op groceries shop, local take away shops (Pizza, Chinese, Greek2Me), local friendly pubs, bus stop in front of the house, pharmacy, barber shop, flower shop, coffee shop. 10 minutes drive to Lincoln Historical City (Lincoln Cathedral, Lincoln Castle). 15 minutes drive to Lincoln Train Station. This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second bedroom contains a double bed. The bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. The Stables is a beautifully converted Grade 11 listed building within the spacious garden walls of our home in Nettleham. It still retains many of the original features; a perfect retreat to enjoy a relaxing break away. Only 2 miles from the historic city of Lincoln, with easy acess to the city within 15 minutes. There is also safe, private parking on site. Within our village, there are 3 lovely pubs serving food, a fish & chip shop, Chinese takeaway and the Co-op store is within 2 minutes.

Woldview retreat is on the edge of the small village of Spridlington, and has open plan living, dining and sleeping, with bifold doors opening out on to a balcony showcasing the scenic views of rural Lincolnshire. These can also be enjoyed from the hot tub. Maximum 2 Adults. No infants or children. No pets.
