This year round beach home is a fantastic beach escape and able to sleep 6 people. There is plenty to do in the area for families, a girls getaway, or friends vacation! We are a short drive to all the amenities of Newport and the Block Island Ferry is 5 minutes away. University of Rhode Island is 5 miles away.

Great Island Water View Cottage

Our newly renovated cottage provides an ocean view! We’re located within minutes of 3 local beaches, and within walking distance of the Block Island Ferry! A washer/dryer, full kitchen, outdoor shower, wifi, and BBQ grill are all fully available to guests during their stay. This is our second home! We are confident that you’ll find the necessary amenities to stay comfortable! Although children are welcome, we would not recommend our cottage to a family with small children.

We have 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths with 2 screened in porches and a big yard! We hope you'll have an enjoyable stay with our well stocked kitchen, Weber grill, cozy furniture, and very comfortable Serta Bellagio mattresses for a great sleep.
