Stroll downhill to a lovely park on Saugatucket River, then cross the charming footbridge into town. Here you'll find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and ice cream, plus excellent community theater, yoga, and interesting shops. Relax inside this light-filled home or sit out on the deck overlooking the gardens and town.

If your preference is the pond, Potters Pond is right in the back yard with a new beautiful custom built dock, with paddle boarding, and kayaking equipment.

This year round beach home is a fantastic beach escape and able to sleep 6 people. There is plenty to do in the area for families, a girls getaway, or friends vacation! We are a short drive to all the amenities of Newport and the Block Island Ferry is 5 minutes away. University of Rhode Island is 5 miles away.

Renovated single family, 6 bedroom, 7 bed house with 3 full baths. Comfortable and yet chic. Perfect for a family vacation. Close to all State beaches in the fantastic RI shore. Restaurants and shopping areas very close. The house was designed for a family, large dining room and two family rooms, each with their own tv and WiFi . The kitchen is perfect for family diners, fully equipped. Large table. Deck with BBQ & table, fire pit, and a great outdoor shower. Bring your beach towels!

Great Island Water View Cottage

Our newly renovated cottage provides an ocean view! We’re located within minutes of 3 local beaches, and within walking distance of the Block Island Ferry! A washer/dryer, full kitchen, outdoor shower, wifi, and BBQ grill are all fully available to guests during their stay. This is our second home! We are confident that you’ll find the necessary amenities to stay comfortable! Although children are welcome, we would not recommend our cottage to a family with small children.

Riverview beach cottage

A cozy recently updated beach cottage across from Narrow River in the Middlebridge area of South Kingstown. You can watch the boats go by in summertime on the front porch. Nice quiet neighborhood, take the 3-minute walk to the neighborhood river access and launch the kayak and paddleboard available for our guests to use. Picturesque Narrow River divides Narragansett and South Kingstown. You can take a paddle about 2 miles to the mouth of the river at Narragansett beach.

Sweet Suite in Narragansett, RI

This cozy space is very private, comfortable and newly appointed. It is a finished basement in our home so it is owner occupied but it offers a separate exterior entrance so our guests can decide if they’d like to meet us or not. We are approximately a mile from the Narragansett town beach, a stones throw from the bike path and public tennis and bocce courts and walking distance to town, restaurants and shops. Newport is just a 20 minute drive. So come be our guest!

Located in the historic Narragansett Pier, this charming, family-friendly Victorian is on a quiet street a mile from beautiful Town Beach. Enjoy your morning coffee on the wrap around porch or grill after a day at the beach on the backyard patio. Walk to favorite local restaurants, ice cream, coffee shops, playgrounds, and stores. Easy day trips include Providence, Newport, Watch Hill, or Mystic. Take the ferry to Block Island from nearby Galilee.
